Sylvania 20306 - 13-watt T4 compact fluorescent bulb

This is a generic T4 fluorescent bulb, made in China. However it is a perfect replacement for my burnt-out bulb.

As far as I can tell, all T4 bulbs are 13 watts, so your only choice is choice is "bluish" (cool white), neutral white, or "reddish" (warm white). But no color temperature is specified or hinted at for the Sylvania 20306. In fact the 20306 is a "neutral white" (with a color temperature of 4100K). The 20335 (also available) is "warm white" (reddish, 3500K), while the 20309 (also available) is "cool white" (bluish, 5000K). The "neutral" or "cool white" is best for desk lamps. For a makeup lamp, you might prefer "warm white".

Since the bulb is fluorescent, it produces very little heat compared to my other desk lamp---a halogen. 13 watts, even fluorescent, is only moderately bright---in my opinion about the right brightness for a desk lamp when working with a computer. I use my halogen when I need a brighter lamp.

When my desk ramp went out its bulb, I was going to shop at Home Depot for the replacement.
My Ramp is kind of one and its bulb was OSRAM DULUX S 13W/21
I couldn't find any of this model with same size up in internet.
Anyway, this product's name is Sylvania but actually it is same thing as DULUX S (It says on the box)
It works very well with my ramp and now I can keep studying more!!

Shipping also only took 2 days from New York to California in Christmas season. can you believe that?

I bought this after the light bulb in my bathroom went out, it's easy to install -- just snaps right in! I noticed that it wasn't brighter or less bright than the other bulb beside it, which is a good thing given that the existing bulb was older. That menas that these will have the same light output regardless of age.
