I replace the flood light in the fixture and everything work great. I never put this in to be dimmable circuit though. I would have like to know the equivalent incandescent wattage I was replacing as it was a little dimmer than the replacement.
Wonderful for replacing exterior house accent lighting,

We were going through the standard bulbs a few times a year in our exterior accent lighting. I figured if I was was spending $7 per bulb a couple times a year, might as well try the LEDs which should last longer. The oldest one we have has been running around 9 hours every day for 4 months, and has worked perfectly. The color is great and the light disbursement is very close to the standard incandescent par20s we were using. Now that we have a mix of LED & incandescent bulbs shining on the house, you can't tell the difference. The only problem I've had is that you can torque these things pretty good and rip out the metal threads from the socket if you aren't careful. I did that will a cheaper off brand, which it turned out to be DOA, when I thought I just hadn't screwed it in enough.
At this point I'm buying these Sylvania lights exclusively, and just waiting for the last 2 incandescent bulbs to burn out before I replace them too.

We installed this in a track lighting system. The thing is cool, looks great, provides a nice spot light, and uses next to no power. But five weeks after purchasing it, it stopped working. I'll get a replacement and we'll see what happens. Looks like there are still a few bugs in the system.
