Pros: This is a superb white light. Even the highest rated compact fluorescents don't come close to the pure white light that this one produces. Try a simple test. What color does "bright white" copy paper appear to be under the light in question? With every-day incandescents, the paper is a sickly yellow color. With most "daylight" compact fluorescents, the paper is blue. With this Bulbrite 250 Halogen bulb, the paper is a wonderful bright white.
