Although the specs for this metal halide bulb resemble the same specs that should be used for reef aquariums, this is not true at all. Within 1 week of installing this light in my 28g nano cube, 75% of my corals bleached completely white. Do not be fooled by the specs, this is not the correct bulb for a reef aquarium!

Fantastic quality, Price, they run forever or until you see the wavelength change like all old bulbs. Or if they get splashed...
Don't even pay $60+ when these are availible.
Great company also with exellent customer service.
