I bought this bulb for a ceiling fan. The specs were the same as my original bulb. Long story short, the bulb lasted for about a month or so and only turned on for several hours at most each day. Needless to say, it did not last the 2,000 hours as specified on the product datasheet. I'm looking for a different bulb now.

I purchased this bulb for my ceiling fan about exactly 1 month ago and today it burned out. It fit and worked fine. It was on most of the day most days, but 2000 hrs/30 days is 66.7 hours per day. It should have lasted between 166 and 250 days being on 8 to 12 hours per day. This is just one bulb and others may be just fine, but I will try a different brand next time.

this item was perfect. it worked great and was under my budget. i will consider buying more when the time comes
