I went to buy these at my local hardware store and YIKES! I ordered em on here and got them for way cheeper even with shipping! I have a lot of these in my kitchen (under the cabinets) There was mistake on my order they sent the wrong quatity (I ordered 4 & 8 of two different lenghts--- They packed 4 & 4) But Amazon took care of it for me!.. Will order again I'm sure!

Item comes in a nice thin protective styrofoam sleeve. However,
I hear loose fragments inside the glass tube. A damaged bulb?
Another problem arises, the bulb doesn't twist and lock into place.
The old bulb's prongs are not straight. The light fixture was the
problem, not the bulb. Using a sock to protect myself and the bulb,
Using pliers, I carefully bend the prongs to mimic the old bulb. I throw
the switch. Walla, the color is pleasing and the illumination is rock steady.
