I had order the item but it turned out to be the wrong size and Mallory was exceptional I sent her the burnt bulb and she went out of her way to try to find it and kept me informed. Unfortunately they didn't have my bulb but just the service alone would keep me as a customer. Now that's what I call customer service. Two thumbs up for you Mallory keep up the great work your unique.

Just as presented, shipped as promised and worked great. Was a little wide for my makeup mirror but still fit.
