Performance dimmable PAR30L (long) 5-LED 13.5W equivalent to 65W (watts), 120V (volt) textured clear glass flood bulb/lamp, E26 standard medium base.  Replacement for indoor floodlighting, spots, security lighting, recessed fixtures, track lights, etc. Average bulb life 25,000 hours.  PAR30L (PAR30 Long) bulb shape, 5 high performance LEDs, 650 lumens, uses 13.5 watts, E26 base, MOL (length) 4.75", diameter 3.75", equivalent shape and size as regular PAR30L, color temperature 3000K, dimmable, beam spread 38.  This bulb is up to 90% more efficient than incandescent or halogen, environmentally friendly (mercury free), solid state technology withstands shock and vibration, relatively cool running (less energy lost as heat), lights up instantly, immediate full brightness, no UV Emissions/ no infrared, capable of rapid cycling (unaffected by frequent on/off switching).    Feit Electric ISO 9003 high quality certified manufacturer.  Manufacturer warranty 2 years. So far so very good, unless you have to exercise the warranty, that's a hassle. Energy efficient, nice color temperature, I like the bright white color for the kitchen, dims nicely, stays cool, less glare than an incandescent, but do not look directly into them, best if in a sunken can fixture or track light. They could get an initial 5-star from me if they fix their customer service. The real test will be over time. They are rated for 22 years at 3-hours a day. Light spread will depend on your fixture trim type.

I have a kitchen with an 8-foot ceiling that has seven 6-inch diameter sunken can lights; six are on one circuit partially over the counters and work areas and one is on a separate circuit directly over the double sink. A dimmer controls the set of six. I've been buying LED for many years and these are the best as the offer the Clarity of Halogen. In fact they should be considered an LED knockoff of Halogen. Quite an accomplishment!
I went to Feit's Electric site to confirm what I see (feit electric 52095-8):
"DIMMABLE PERFORMANCE LED Bulbs use ocular lenses to harness the output of high power Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs). The light output is comparable to incandescent and halogen products and can be used for both distance and close-range directional light."
My wife notice the difference and commented she could see every spec of dust in the air over our kitchen sink.
I bought the $40-50 Consumer Reports top rated LED PAR30 and they were too yellow and did not offer the clarity, even though they are CREE LEDs too. Go figure!
A Cost warehouse has'em for 40% less.

I bought one light and placed in right over my counter. What great lighting for doing kitchen work. I subsequently bought more to other areas. These light work best where bright white light is needed. Two drawbacks: 1. if you have a light dimming system, check that this type of bulb is compatible; 2. EXPENSIVE.
