Packaging: The bulbs were packaged well enough that they all showed up in working condition.

Light: We use these in our recessed kitchen overheads and they have provided satisfactory light.

I ordered these to save on time - our house needs quite a few of these in recessed lighting. They work fine, they just are not padded much if at all. I was a bit surprised, but having said that, they worked.
