These bulbs work fine. I needed them for our lamp in the living room that has a 3 way switch. Be sure to double check the wattages that your lamp supports. This particular bulb supports 50, 100, and 150 Watt.

This light bulb is stable (so far). It can be adjusted 3 steps giving you different level of light according to your use.
