I bought a twin pack of the Heath Zenith 100 Watt Halogen G8 Bi-Pin bulbs [615-5591-SL-CCR] from Lowe's to replace a burned out bulb in the Heath Zenith motion sensor lamp above my garage door. I was very careful to not touch the new bulb with my bare hands, and wrapped it in a paper towel to push it straight into the socket holes. Because the lamp is motion activated, and the bulb is illuminated for only a short time, I expected the bulb to last a long time.
The bulb lasted only 8 days, when the filament burned out.
The reverse of the packaging states MADE IN CHINA. Don't waste your money on this junk. I expected better from Lowe's.
Well, at least it was a 2-pack. I just installed the second bulb and, hopefully, it will last longer than the first one. I will not buy this brand again.

I purchased these bulbs as replacements for my Regent flood lights (halogen, motion sensitive). The flood lights are about 12 years old, so I do not remember the exact model. These bulbs might be fine but I will never know because they did not fit in the fixture. They were too wide to fit back inside the dual pin sockets. I bought these because they were priced right and seemed to have the correct specifications.
