It's not easy to buy this bulb from IKEA. I don't want to dump my desk lamp base on the bulb burned out only. So, I tried to search for this bulb on the internet. I found it from amazon, so, I ordered 2 pieces. It arrived on time and it works good.
Ordered this but received a Sylvania 21136,

I received a Sylvania Dulux S 21136 bulb instead of the Osram. I know they are the same company, but my old osram bulb was a nice britght white.It works fine, but has a super warm yellow tone to it. Not white at all!

I ordered this product from a different reseller and received the wrong product. This reseller delivered the correct item quickly and as cheaply. I wish I knew to use them in the first place! The product works just like the original bulb in my Ikea articulating lamp.
