The light bulb works OK but bulb is not held in the fixture in a secure manner. Bulb plugs in instead of being srcewed in and our previous bulb fell out and was destroyed when it hit the floor.

excellent price on this replacement bulb, especially since the mfg. charges @ twice this. Frustrating that the mfg. has a unique base to this bulb and one is forced to use only their product.

This works wonderfully. Very bright, smooth illumination. But, be warned! It will fall out of the socket at the slightest bump! I've replaced ours several times. You'll need to find a way to secure it to the socket somehow or it will get busted.
