i have the exact oposite experience from the other review. shipping was perfect. but the lights take forever to light up.
you turn them on, they light up to about 30% and take from 5+min to get to 100%. (maybe even 10min)

I ordered 3x 3-pack of these bulbs. There was not enough padding in the package and two bulbs arrived broken. In order to get a refund I had to mail back the broken bulbs (why can't they allow a refund without shipping back the useless broken bulbs?). I installed one bulb in the bathroom and it works fine - instant on and the light is comparable to traditional vanity bulbs. I may order these bulbs again since the price on amazon ($4 per bulb) is unbeatable, but if the price goes down in stores I will probably buy them local to avoid the shipping trouble. The bulb has been use for 2 days only and I will give an update if it doesn't live long enough.

I bought these for our vanity, where we have nine energy-sucking globe bulbs. But nine is way too many for these little supernovas. Once they warm up, they could probably power an ecosystem. I ended up replacing only half of my clear globes with these, which means I still have five left since I bought replacements for all of them. It's what this size of bulb is good for - multi-socket vanities.
These are awesome if you only have one or two bulbs in your fixture. But any more than that and you'll need sunscreen!
