This review is from: Sylvania 78563 1 Watt Accent LED C7 Night Light Bulb, Pack of 2 (Tools & Home Improvement)
I was anxious to replace the relatively hot incandescent C7 bulbs in our individual window "electric" candles with LED's. I bought the Sylvania brand as well as unbranded LED's which were available in a greater color selection. The Sylvania's are fine; the bulb is however not frosted as it appears in the Amazon description, it is slightly cloudy, near clear plastic. The three LED elements are easily visible. It is billed as "daylight" in color, but has the blue-white cast common to LED's though not at all as severe as some. The LED's are far more durable than incandescents and of course are cool to touch.
None of the LED's, Sylvania or the unbranded models indicate any measurable wattage on the Kill A Watt P4400 meter, while a standard C7 bulb shows 12 watts.

Decent light, but these lights visibly (intolerably) strobe in about half of the fixtures I tried them in. It was particularly noticeable in light-sensitive nightlights which we keep in the hallways. The C Crane BNB light (I am not a shill) was more reliable and doesn't strobe at all, and therefore I'd recommend the C Crane more highly. However, the C Crane has LEDs only on the side and doesn't do any "uplighting" towards the tip of the lamp, while this Sylvania spreads light more like a normal incandescent.

One month afer I bought them both bulbs dimmered their intensity. The first one lasted 21 nights and the second 7 nights approximatly. May be specific conditions have shorten its life but the rest of the LED bulbs in the house had not suffered these problem including Sylvania trademark.
