TCP 10715 - 10714C 14W 27K TORPEDO CAND. BASE Torpedo Screw Base Compact Fluorescent Light Bulb

As advertised these bulbs give off the same amount of light as a 60 watt incandescent; however, they do require nearly two minutes to achieve full brightness. I would not recommend their use in hallways, stairs, or other places that require instant light.

Apart from being a bit too wide thus making the fit in existing fixtures a bit problematic, this bulb is pretty hard to fault. Its inertia is pretty low so it goes to full luminance pretty quickly. Good replacement for regular incandescent type bulbs.
